You can live in the adventure-less land of comfort or the mystery-filled wilderness of the heart.
-Selena Garefino

There is beauty that shatters your heart wide open. There are places that weave themselves into the fabric of your soul. There are landscapes that captivate you. There are experiences that offer new eyes to see and new ways of being.

This is Nepal.

Let us guide you on a journey from the bustling cultural centers of Kathmandu, Patan, and the ancient city of Bhaktapur, through the lush green foothills, into the wild of the Himalayas and straight into your heart.

Join Pete Longworth + Selena Garefino on the adventure of a lifetime.

Elevate to Nepal is part yoga retreat, part culturally-immersive experience, and part adventure. You will be led through healing practices that offer a pathway to your Highest self, you will experience the rich art, culture, food, history, and natural beauty that Nepal has to offer, and you will have profound opportunity to experience the joy of living in true community.

This carefully crafted adventure begins with a two and a half day journey into the heart of the Kathmandu Valley. Each morning we will connect with one another through asana, meditation, and story-telling.

In the afternoons we will explore the ancient cities of Patan, Kathmandu, and Bhaktapur with a brilliant local guide as well as under the guidance of Selena Garefino, a Sociocultural Anthropologist specializing in Nepal's rich landscape of art, history, and culture.

Day 4 we will depart from the rich tapestry of color, food, art, and sights of the city and retreat to Namo Buddha.

Namo Buddha is the historical site nestled in the peaceful foot hills of Nepal. Namo Buddha is home to a stunning monastery where we will take part in afternoon puja ceremonies, walk through stunning villages, and simply savor the beauty both around us and within.

We will spend three days at Namo Buddha exploring, practicing together, and resting for our Himalayan adventure to come.

Day 7 we will travel to Pokhara where you will catch your first glimpse of the Himalayas. We will overnight at a sweet hotel and spend the evening practicing meditation and restorative yoga to prepare for our upcoming adventures.

Day 8 begins our trek into the Himalayas. For the next 6 days we will explore the Annapurna circuit with local guides and porters. During your trek you will experience stunning views of the Himalayas, traverse through rich, lush green jungle, and walk through remote villages along the way.

Day 14 is a half day of trekking as we make our way back to Pohkara where we will overnight.

Day 15 we will be flown back back to Kathmandu where we will engage in our closing ceremonies, practice together, and enjoy a final meal.

Day 16 Depart from Kathmandu when you wish.
