Refunds 

All of our products, events and services are tailored, designed and delivered with love and attention, and we are devoted to ensuring the highest quality and a wonderful experience.

If you are purchasing services rendered with Selena Garefino, please choose wisely! We do not offer refunds for services rendered, however, contracts are always negotiable and if you wish to cease an agreement, you can simply give 30 days notice in writing.

If you purchase a digital product and you are unhappy with your purchase, upon our discretion we do welcome refunds, within the allocated refund period. However, due to the nature of intellectual property, we simply ask that you can provide evidence you have made an attempt to make our products work for you, and not simply downloaded the information and asked for a refund. Generally, you will have a 30-day refund period window within which we are happy to organise a refund.

Fees and Payment

1. The full fee for the 300 hour teacher training is $4,500 USD or a monthly payment plan with price variations. (Early bird enrollments receive further discount off the standard pricing only valid during the early bird sales period).

You understand and agree:

2. Selena Garefino Yoga  provides a quality program with proven excellent outcomes for participants.

3. Selena Garefino Yoga offers a 7-day cooling-off period where you may withdraw from this agreement and the course within seven days of acceptance with a full refund less a $150 administration fee.

4. You must exercise your right under the cooling-off period by emailing your request to [email protected]

Payment Plan

5. A payment plan is available, and payment is via direct debit from a nominated credit card each month for 12 or 16 installments at various prices per instalment.

6. Payments are required to be completed online by Credit Card or PayPal or Afterpay.

Withdrawal 

7. There is no refund whatsoever for a change of mind and withdrawal from the course 

8. You remain liable for the remainder of the 300 Hour fee regardless of whether you paid in full or by payment plan. (Please see refund policy for reasons other than a change of mind below).

Late payments

9 . A five-day grace period is applied to late payments.

10. Payments overdue by more than five business days will incur a late payment fee of 8.96% per annum (calculated daily from the date due).

Variation

12.  Selena Garefino reserves the right to vary fees at any time.

13. Changes in fees will not affect you and will only apply to a new round of the teacher training delivery.

REFUND MANAGEMENT

You understand and agree: 

14. Your commitment to your personal and business success and completion of 300 hour training is required to gain maximum results from the course.

Refund Policy 

15. Refund requests after the 7 days cooling off period will be managed according to our obligations and your rights as a consumer.

16. Refund requests will be considered on a case by case basis and are not guaranteed.

17. The amount of an agreed refund will be calculated by deducting the value of the course content, coaching sessions and professional hours provided to you plus an administration fee of $120 from the amount you have paid to 300 Hour Teacher Training.

17. Where your payment method is via a payment plan, costs will be calculated and deducted from the total fees owing to The 300 Hour Teacher Training.

18. You will remain liable for the balance for payment owed to The 300 Hour Teacher Training.

19. Failure to pay at any time is a breach of this Agreement, and we are entitled to seek legal relief and remedy for this breach and to recover the debt owed by you. 

20. Outstanding accounts will be referred to a third party for debt collection. 

Confidentiality

1. All information shared with the Facilitator during individual coaching sessions is confidential and will not be shared with a third party unless required by law.

2. Personal and business information provided by you is managed by our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property and Copyright

1. All programs and materials available in the Mastermind and within any program created by Selena Garefino are the property of Selena Garefino and her affiliates or licensors. They are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2. All material including but not limited to the 300 Hour Teacher Training content, manuals, videos and all other material is provided solely for your personal non-commercial use.

3. You may not use any of the materials available in the Teacher Training or any teaching platform or in a manner that infringes any of our rights, or that has not been authorised by Selena Garefino

4.  You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create, derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material the Mastermind or related programs without the express permission of Selena Garefino. You may request such permission by emailing [email protected]

LIABILITY: 

I understand that if I choose to practice yoga, I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress re-education and relief of muscular tension. As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support from the instructor. I assume full responsibility for any and all damages, which may incur through participation. Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions.

By signing, I affirm that a licensed physician has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a fitness program. In addition, I will make the instructor aware of any medical conditions or physical limitations before class. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am post-natal or post-surgical, my signature verifies that I have my physician's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga and participation is at my own risk.

I hereby agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that I have now or may have hereafter against Selena Garefino Yoga LLC, its owners, officers, employees, and instructors.

I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Agreement and Release of Waiver of Liability.

I am signing this agreement voluntarily and recognize that my signature serves as complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law in the State of Montana.
