The best advice I can give you is come with a beginner's mind and an open heart. Know that you are totally supported, nerves are normal, and that we totally have your back.

YOUR TEACHER TRAINING STARTS TODAY!
If you do not already have a regular asana, meditation, and pranayama practice start now. Good teachers practice yoga and we can only teach who we are. In order to offer something to our students we have to have first filled up our own cup and we do that in the privacy of home practice and by participating in community practice. I recommend you practice a minimum of 3 times per week and hit your meditation cushion daily. If you presently don't have a meditation practice start with just 5 minutes. Forcing yourself to sit past your capacity is counter productive. Go slow. Build your practice and see what unfolds.
