1:1 Coaching
You're ready to go all in on YOU. No more hedging your bets against yourself. You're looking for support as you make shifts in your life, business, relationships, and more.
- 2 60 minute sessions per month + voxer access min 4 months
- 1 60 minute session per month (4, 6, 12, month commitments)
- Option to pay in full for 4, 6, or 12 months at a 5% discount

- Investment $300 per session

Clients will receive additional support tools such as hypnosis recordings and powerful tools to support their personal journey.
Payment plans are available, our agreements are powerful, and compensation is non-refundable. I'm committed wholly to you and your evolution and I expect you to meet me there.

In-Person Intensive in Italy
Join me in my home in Tuscany (or for a fee additional Italian and EU locations) for a tailored transformative coaching intensive. Pricing starts at $3,000 excluding travel and accomodations

I utilize my skills and training from life-coaching, mind-body somatic coaching, Somatic Experiencing®, NLP, Hypnosis, and my 20 years as a yoga and meditation teacher to deliver a unique, honest, playful coaching experience that embraces the WHOLE of your humanity. Yes even the ugly stuff. I am not a denier of anger and bad days. Nor a believer in "good vibes only." ALL of you is welcome with me.
I believe so much of what we shame is HUMAN and innocent. Life promises us EVERY kind of experience and I'm here for it all from revelry to rage. Together we'll learn to walk through life with more grace, tenderness, and acceptance. It's our genuine liberation.
